What services do we offer and how do we go about
the process?
We give the travel offices the kind of information
they need - and we act as an unbiased mediator.
Today we work with top travel offices in different
parts of the world. Our core business is between
active business travelling destinations, eg. Scandinavia-UK,
New Zealand-Australia and Germany-Italy etc. Travel
offices in these destinations are more than often
poorly updated about the hotel situation in destinations
where they book frequently. Local representation
by hotels and hotel groups is sporadic and insufficient.
NewTarmac offer free presentations for hotel agents
at top travel agents with good volumes and a set
booking pattern. Once or twice a month we come
to the office and inform about new hotels that
suit the agency's profile in brief presentations.
Normally we only present 4-8 hotels at a time.
After the presentation the agency is given contact
information, should there be a desire to seek
further information.
